Exchange and Returns Policy

Your return must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery with a valid Order Reference number (e.g KBXXXX-XXXX).

  • Self Arrangement via Registered Mail/Courier - at own cost

  • J&T/Qoo10 Home Collection - $5.90/return

The cost of the return applies to each request and will be deducted from the store credit amount.  


Steps for Home Collection

1. Email us at to arrange parcel collection from you.

2. A return label will be created and generated for you. 

3. Pack your item(s) securely and a completed return form together in a parcel. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging, including shoes box/canvas bag for footwear and tags for clothing. Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

4. Sit back and wait for the collection from courier guy.  


Sale items (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied), swimwear, accessories and gifts. Sale of these product categories is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.

Reimbursement & processing time

Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price or home collection fee offset against purchase price (if any) within 7 business days from when we receive it. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.  

Store Credit Validity

Your store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of receipt for return package.
