EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

You can return your order to us for Store Credit within 30 days from the date your order is received.

  • Self Arrangement via Registered Mail/Courier - at own cost

  • Parcel Collection at Door Step - $5.90/return

Email us at support@koalabie.com for parcel collection arrangement. The cost of the return applies to each request and will be deducted from the store credit amount.
  • Simply pack your item(s) and a completed return form together in a parcel. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging, including shoes box/canva bag for footwear and tag for clothing.
  • Excludes: Sale items (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied), swimwear, accessories and gifts. Sale of these product categories is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
